LeAnn Rimes recovering from surgery

LeAnn Rimes has had to cancel a few shows on her tour due to an unexpected operation. The country singer underwent surgery Tuesday on a tissue tear in her leg that became infected. "She is doing just fine," her publicist said. "She's now resting in a hotel room. She won't be able to travel for a day or two."
