Owen Wilson plans to take legal action against anyone who claims he is responsible for the split between Kate Hudson and Chris Robinson. Wilson has hired a heavyweight Hollywood lawyer as backup after the media speculation this week linking him to his You, Me and Dupree co-star.

Interesting. He's not saying they aren't dating, just that he didn't break up a marriage.
