Kate Beckinsale spoke to a British paper this week about plastic surgery. "Nothing bothers me except the connotations of being a person who would have plastic surgery," the Underworld star said. "That implies a kind of insecurity, shallowness and thoughtlessness that I don't feel applies to me very much." For her role in Click, Beckinsale had to sit for hours in a makeup chair to make her look older. "I didn't love it," she said of the experience. "It was really hard sitting in makeup for six hours and then ending up looking worse than you are in real life. I hated looking old."

Everyone goes under the knife, and so will she.
She's already had a nose job.
So she won't go under the knife again? Yeah, well, why should she anyway, as she's had everything done already, just compare KB now to KB then, e.g. in "Much Ado about Nothing". Different chin, different brows, different boobs.
