Nicole Kidman says Angeline Jolie gets far too much publicity for her charity work. "It's not like Angelina is any better than a nurse working in a hospital but she's getting the publicity for her contribution," Kidman said. "I have a friend who is a doctor and every year he works in Africa for two months and no money. So everyone is on the same playing field, whether you offer your services as a doctor or as Angelina does." The Hours actress is about to make her first trip to India as a UN goodwill ambassador.

I have to agree with her in part. But some times you need a high profile person to get the word out.

Some people are so pathetic!! Shouldn't she be happy that the publicity surrounding Angelina has been successful in shining a bigger light on some of the issues that the U.N. are attempting to address, rather than bitching about who gets more, or deserves more publicity.
Get over yourself Nicole!!! if you want to make a contribution at the U.N, do it, and stop worrying, and whining about who is noticing or praising you for it!

Not necessary to dis Ms. Jolie. She's found a noble way of using her fame for a greater good.
There are plenty of individuals more deserving of your barbs.
