CNN had the following statement on their news ticker on Monday: "Lionel Richie says he is not happy about his daughters pencil thin figure and neither is Nicole Richie, today she has checked into rehab for an eating disorder."
However, Nicole has responded to the claims on her MySpace page, posting a statement that says, "Contrary to CNN's false accusations, I did not check myself into an eating disorder rehab. I dont know why or how this rumor started, but i am home, in LA, and very happy. I do not have an eating disorder, and I don't know how many times I have to say it. Ive repeated myself so many times, I feel like a broken record. Who ever started this rumor is evil and mean, but its not true. I am happy, and healthy, and living my life."

After this, Richie excused herself to the washroom. Where she turned on the fan, ran some water, flushed the toilet once or twice and finally, brushed her teeth fiercely before rejoining her company.

Maybe she should take that advice, admit to having an ed (finally), check herself into rehab, and stop trying to make people feel bad about speaking the truth. She needs major help with swallowing/keeping her food down.
