Jennifer Aniston is finally settling into her first permanent home since her separation and divorce from Brad Pitt. The Friends with Money actress is in the process of buying a $15 million Beverly Hills home, according to the LA Times. Sitting on a half-acre, the 9,000-square-foot six-bedroom home was desiged by Modernist architect Hal Levitt. Aniston has been renting a two-bedroom Malibu beachfront home for a reported $25,000-$30,000 a month for the past few years.

Alaska or Siberia would be better spots for her to build for a few reasons.One, being the ole ''out of sight out of mind'',two,the cold weather will keep her headlights always lit,three, being aheavy smoker she will bother less people with her filthy habit.Four, a Yeti might be a good bang for her if the Yeti can stand the whiney,self absorbed whiner.
