Nicole Richie reportedly passed out at a nightclub early Sunday morning, according to TMZ. Sources says Richie passed out and fell to the floor shortly before 2 am. An employee of the club approached Richie and her friends and said he was calling 911, but the Simple Life star's friends asked him not to make the call and said they would take Richie to the hospital themselves. Richie was then allegedly carried out the back door of the club by her friends. A rep for the super-skinny star confirmed that Richie was at the club for about 20 minutes but denies that she collapsed.
