Tori Spelling has finally confirmed the pregnancy rumors that have been surrounding her for weeks. The newlywed confirmed to US mag that she is about three months pregnant and will welcome a child with husband Dean McDermott in early spring. "Dean and I are thrilled to be expecting our first child together," Spelling said. "I can't wait to be a mom!"
