Vaughn to sue over infidelity rumors

Vince Vaughn is taking legal action against a few newspapers after they claimed he was making out with a "mystery woman" at an event in London. The Sun, the Daily Mirror and the New York Post reported that Vaughn had broken up with Jennifer Aniston, though the couple have since confirmed they are still together (Aniston is set to appear on today's Oprah and will clarify the break-up rumor). In a statement issued by his lawyer, Vaughn claims the papers falsely suggest that he was unfaithful to Aniston and that the picture the accompanying the articles suggesting he was involved in a passionate embrace and kiss was purposely misleading.
