George Michael has been arrested for suspicion of possessing marijauna after he was found slumped over the steering wheel of his car AGAIN. Police in North London reportedly responded to complaints that a car was blocking an intersection at 3:22 a.m. this morning and found the Wham! singer passed out in the driver's seat. Michael was issued a caution for possession of cannibis and released on bail.
