Victoria Beckham has revealed that her son Romeo suffers from epilepsy. Victoria and David Beckham fear their high-profile lifestyle might cause seizures in the four-year-old, since flash photography is one of the trigger factors for epileptic attacks. Last week, Beckham was with Romeo at Heathrow airport and was forced to shout at the paparazzi to stop taking pictures. "Leave him alone. He's got epilepsy," the Spice Girl alum yelled. "All that flashing will start an epileptic fit. You can't do that." A friend of the Beckhams told a British paper, "[Victoria and David] are devastated, worried sick about Romeo. He is on medication to control the seizures but obviously things like flashing lights can trigger one at any time. They only hope the medication limits the number of fits he suffers to a minimum and he can enjoy as normal a life as possible." Let's hope the paparazzi respect the Beckhams' wishes.

You don't readily get over seeing someone have one of these attacks. Why photo the children anyway; the parents are fair game, but the children, come on.
People do grow out of this; and he just might do that.
That is really sad. I hope there's a way for him to avoid it/get over it eventually.
How scary to know that you have no control over the flashing. The photogs may respect them and only flash when Romeo isn't around, but if some jerk decides to do it anyway and it does trigger a fit that is awful.
As a parent I would be worried. But as a celeb who gets papped a lot, they must be very worried that it's a possibility.
