Kevin Federine filed a claim in LA court today in response to estranged wife Britney Spears' divorce petition, making a claim for sole custody of his children with the popstar, Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline. In a statement, KFed's lawyer said, "Kevin is prepared to go the distance in order to do what he feels is necessary to protect and safeguard the children and will not be intimidated or dissuaded from pursuit of those goals." Federline also asked for spousal support in the claim, despite rumors that the couple's pre-nup stipulated that KFed was to receive $30,000 a month for a period of half the time he was married to Spears. Federline's legal response could be the beginnings of a nasty battle. "It's not that unusual, but if you want to send a message that you want to be amicable, [both parties] would seek joint custody," a family law specialist told People mag. "That he's seeking sole custody leads me to believe they're heading to a costly battle over the kids."

His next victim should be Paris Hilton. Wouldn't you just love to see them together.
As Teddy Pendergrass sang, "The whole town's laughing at you, silly fool how'd you lose such a good thing".
Both the kids are better off with Madonna!!! LOL!!
