Britney goes to the dogs

Britney Spears has been voted the worst dog owner by readers of two dog magazines. In an online vote, the editor of the New York Dog and the Hollywood Dog said, "Britney was the overwhelming choice," for worst celebrity dog owner of the year. "She once had three Chihuahuas...and never left home without at least one of them on her arm," says the editor. "As soon as she met KFed and had kids [the dogs] disappeared." Oprah topped the list of best celeb pooch owners.
