Nicole Richie was arrested early this morning for DUI after motorists spotted her SUV driving the wrong way on a Burbank freeway. Police reportedly found the star stopped in the right direction in a carpool lane, and was on her cellphone when they approached. Richie was booked at 4:50 a.m. and admitted to police that she had taken Vicodin and smoked pot. A rep for the Glendale police department said the Simple Life star "was cooperative" before being released at 7 a.m. on $15,000 bail. The booking sheet lists Richie as 5'1" and 85 pounds. Her rep has not commented.
