Things get messy for Eddie and Mel B

Eddie Murphy and Melanie Brown have parted ways and it seems Murphy hasn't wasted any time in moving on. The comedian and actor has been dating Tracey Edmonds, the ex-wife of Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds, "for about a month and a half." Murphy brought Edmonds as his date to the New York premiere of Dreamgirls this week, where the film producer said, "We're having fun." Murphy is reportedly demanding his former girlfriend Mel B take a DNA test to prove he is the father of her unborn child. When asked about his relationship with the Spice Girls alum recently, Murphy snapped, "You're being presumptuous, because we're not together anymore. And I don't know whose child that is, until it comes out and has a blood test. You shouldn't jump to conclusions, sir." Brown seems to have a different story, telling press on Sunday, "We're in love and get on really well. All the children have met and get on too - it's like a great big happy family. I can't wait to spend Christmas with [Murphy] and I can't wait to have this baby."
