While Hilary Swank jetted off to LA to get glammed up for the Golden Globes, her ex Chad Lowe was busy moving out of the Manhattan apartment the couple once shared. The couple bought the West Village townhouse in 2002 for $3.9 million, which has been listed on the market since last June for $8.25 million. Interested?
