Marilyn Manson dating young actress

Marilyn Manson is dating 20-year-old actress Evan Rachel Wood, according to sources, and the romance was definitely a factor in the demise of Manson's marriage to burlesque dancer Dita Von Teese. "Dita is heartbroken, she didn't see this coming," said a friend of Von Teese. "His partying contributed to the split as well." The shock rocker met Wood when he asked her to be a part of his upcoming film Phantasmagoria: The Visions of Lewis Carroll, and later asked her to pose for a watercolor painting. Wood was a fixture at Manson's side at the singer's January 5 birthday party. "They were like an old married couple," said a fellow partygoer. "She was always right next to him and so attentive." Wood has even taken to dressing the part. "She has been trying to look like Dita, wearing sleek black dresses and hanging out everywhere he's been," said a source. "It's so obvious what's happening." However, a rep for the young actress claims the pair are nothing more than friends, saying, "Their friendship grew out of Evan's admiration for Marilyn as an artist."
