Laguna Beach alum arrested

Laguna Beach and The Hills alum Jason Wahler was arrested this weekend after police say he "resisted a public officer" during a blitz on underage drinkers in a North Carolina bar. 20-year-old Wahler reportedly lied about his age when approached by police, claimed he wasn't carrying any ID and told officers to "check TMZ.com" to confirm his identity. The reality show "star" spent a few hours behind bars at Pitt County Jail early Saturday morning and was released on $1000 bail. Wahler was arrested last summer for disorderly conduct in NYC (for which he was sentenced to five days of community service), and three weeks later was arrested again for misdemeanor battery after a fight with a tow-truck driver. He is due in court in April.
