Lindsay sued by photographer

A paparazzi photographer filed suit against Lindsay Lohan yesterday in NYC, alleging the Mean Girls star struck him with her mom Dina's BMW last month in the West Village. Police were on the scene at the time of the incident, although no accident report was filed. The photog claims Lohan was "negligent, careless and reckless" and that he "sustained severe and permanent personal injuries" as well as economic loss. The day after the alleged incident, a source close to the actress told People mag that "the police totally took Lindsay' side" pf the story.
