Charlie Sheen and his real-estate investor girlfriend are engaged. Sheen proposed to 29-year-old Brooke Mueller with a $500,000 ring on a beach in Costa Rica. The pair met in LA in June 2006, and Mueller has made an effort to be friendly with Sheen's ex and the mother of his two children, Denise Richards.
