Gwen Stefani is suing the retail chain Forever 21 for trademark infringement. In papers filed in LA Federal Court, reps for the singer's Harajuku Lovers line claim Forever 21 is marketing, promoting and selling products featuring a design "virtually indistinguishable" from Harajuku's heart/box logo. The clothing chain is alleged to have "changed a couple of words in the Heart/Box Trademark, which are inconspicuous and likely to go unnoticed by a consumer." The Forever 21 designs use the same logo but call their line "Forever Love."

So now instead of Gwen rejoining "No Doubt", and continuing to rip off Blondie she can sue people for ripping her off. I wish her and her washed up no talent husband would just go away.
she has some nerve! considering ALL of her designs are copycat versions of japanese lines that have been around for years- such as SUPER LOVERS!!!! when i first saw gwen's line debut- i was horrified- her clothes are complete copies (but not as nice) everything she did from the font to the title (super lovers- harijuku lovers- cmon)...
i like her style and music. but hearing this pissed me off...
Ok, perhaps her lawsuit is hypocritical, but she was a fashion original before she started her line.
Oh, and she has openly cited Blondie as one of her influences, so how is that ripping them off?
I think she also knocked off vintage Gucci with some of her handbags.
