Justin Timberlake opened his new restaurant last night in NYC. Called Southern Hospitality, the eatery is a barbecue joint that will serve up traditional Memphis-style dishes inspired by the food Timberlake grew up with - ribs, buttermilk biscuits, pulled pork and fried green tomatoes. "We had to negotiate on which ones she was willing to give up," the singer says of his grandmother's recipes, which provided the basis for many of the restaurant's dishes. Also on hand for the opening were Jay-Z, Seth Green, Jamie Lynn Sigler and Timberlake's best friend and business partner Trace Ayala.
