Us magazine has joined in the reports that Nicole Richie is pregnant with boyfriend Joel Madden's child. The weekly mag says it has confirmed via multiple sources that Richie, 25, is more than 12 weeks pregnant. "She is extremely excited right now," says a source close to Richie. Richie's mom and several friends including Mischa Barton have known about the pregnancy since early May. The source also says Madden has recently been shopping for an engagement ring. Madden's older brother Josh told Us, "Nicole is awesome. I would love for them to get married!" Both families are said to be thrilled about the baby. "Everyone's happy, everyone's good, everyone's getting along," said a source.
