Nicole's fresh start

Nicole Richie seems to be in the spirit of starting off fresh after reuniting with former friend Paris Hilton and ending her relationship with Brody Jenner. So who's the new guy? Fashion editor Samuel Plouchart, according to US Weekly. "New boy, new look," Richie told the mag of her new darker hair color. Richie's recent ex Jenner also talked to the mag about the demise of their quick romance, saying that near the end of their relationship, Richie "didn't treat me like a friend or a boyfriend." The short-lived couple are on good terms, however. "We peaced it out," said Jenner.
