Nicole Richie has gone to new lengths to get the paparazzi to keep their distance - the tiny celeb was seen leaving an LA office building in the company of several police officers, who yelled, "Get out of her way!" at the waiting photogs. This may be an obvious observation - but aren't the paparazzi kind of her bread and butter?

Haven't the photogs made her famous? Without them she would just be another malnutritioned bitch walking Sunset.
She's ridiculous, because she is such a publicity hound and craves the attention. Since DJ AM, all her relationships have been for publicity...she even got back with Paris because she didn't have anyone left to be a Sidekick to after Brody ended their fake relationship...
