Of course it's true! She lost too much weight and got scared; now she's reversed the process. All the time playing with our intelligence.
But it doesn't make sense. She was at a normal size before she lost all this weight. Gastric bypass surgery is only done on obese people, not those who are at a regular weight. I don't think it's her, quite honestly.
