The insider claims Hilton secretly had a lid lift six years ago and that the muscles in her left eye were damaged as a result. Hilton may have made matters worse by donning blue-tinted contact lenses. "They have been drying out lately," said the source. "She is ignoring doctors' orders not to wear tinted contacts." Hilton's rep has denied the story.
